Shipping policy
Magwell Mounts primarily utilizes USPS and UPS for shipping. The carrier is selected based on the location of the package destination and the package weight.
- Average delivery time for USPS is 2 - 8 days.
- Average delivery time for UPS Ground is 3 business days.
If you need to receive your package by a particular date please contact us at admin@magwellmounts.com and we will work with you on the available options.
All orders placed will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive that information please contact us at admin@magwellmounts.com or 1-833-MAGWELL.
Lost/Stolen Package
If your package is lost or stolen due to an error by Magwell Mounts we will replace the order or issue a refund. If the package is lost due to the courier's mistake Magwell Mounts will refund your shipping cost.
International Delivery
Magwell Mounts does ship to a limited number of international locations. If your location is not enabled on our website please contact us for more information.
We will not refund shipping fees for international orders. International orders that are returned for any reason will be at the cost of the customer.
